Seller Testimonials.
“Chris was our listing agent when we sold our first home in the Denver Highlands and we could not have been happier with how everything worked out. We had worked with another agent who specializes in selling homes in the Highlands and they had suggested we sell our home for significantly less than what we felt it was worth (likely to move quickly and drive the price up with a bidding war). Chris was very honest and transparent about how he determines the recommended sell price of a home. He did his research and shared his findings with us and we came to a sell price that we felt was inline with comps in the neighborhood. We had multiple offers in a few days and Chris did a great job navigating this complicated situation by ensuring we were able to choose the best offer, while also keeping everyone on the other end happy. Chris was very responsive during time sensitive moments and really came through for us on selling our home quickly right before the holidays. We would absolutely work with Chris again and appreciate having an agent who is trustworthy, hardworking and looking out for out best interest.”
— Ian and Amanda C.
“Hurry up and hire Chris! Chris was an amazing listing agent and we would highly recommend him to anyone. Chris helped guide and coach us through the entire sales process from staging to closing. Chris was professional, worked with integrity and always had our best interest in mind. Thanks again Chris!!!”

AN OVERVIEW
SIX STEPS TO SELL
Step 1: Prepare, Prepare, Prepare
Forget one size fits all. I want to understand your unique goals, motivations and resources. Each of these factors will help me customize the selling process to meet your specific, very personal needs. From there, I’ll complete a Competitive Market Analysis (CMA) to determine the price range in which your house is most likely to sell under prevailing market conditions and recommend ROI-minded improvements and smart staging techniques that will maximize your sale price. Visibility is highest when your home first hits the market, so we want to come out of the gate strong.
Step 2: Marketing & Market Reaction
There are many different ways to get the word out that your home is for sale, but we don't want to waste time on marketing that looks clever but doesn't actually deliver results. What we need is a strategy that has a high probability of attracting the highest number of qualified buyers to your home. This requires a marketing plan specifically tailored to your property that is deployed in the right channels. A plan that is closely monitored and adjusted to make sure it's creating interest and driving traffic - the two elements necessary to find the right buyer for your home.
Step 3: Negotiate Optimal Contract
These contracts typically require 200+ information items, and sales price fills in only one “blank.” Getting the highest price for your home will always be a top priority, but the other 199+ items represent significant opportunities to make the contract more favorable (and safer) for you. Some intelligent trade-offs may be required as we negotiate possession terms, inclusions, exclusions, inspection objections, and much, much more - but, we will work until we have a contract that gets you top dollar for your home AND wins those concessions most important to you.
Step 4: Contract to Closing
Once your house is under contract and it kicks off a new phase of activity where we start managing contractual terms and deadlines to get you to the closing table smoothly and on time. It is important to stay a step ahead in the process to make sure the home inspection, appraisal, and final loan approval proceed according to plan. If any twists or turns pop up along the way, I will be ready with solutions and get them resolved as quickly as possible.
Step 5: Closing
You're on the cusp of selling your home, and now it's time to pay attention to all the minor details that need to be handled in order to make the purchase official. My goal? A closing that is on-time, enjoyable, and stress-free.
Step 6: After the Sale
This is not goodbye. Closing is the end of this transaction, but it isn't the end of our relationship. Real estate is about wealth creation and ongoing strategic decisions. By the time most people reach the age of 65, home equity represents 83% of their net worth, and it's great to have an expert advising you over the long haul. Whether you are buying another property or have other properties in your portfolio, I hope to be able to continue to support you in all your real estate endeavors.

September Market Update: Home Prices See Biggest Gains Since 2018
Exceptionally strong demand, historically low supply, and record low mortgage rates are combining to fuel the fastest home price growth we've seen since 2018. The challenge? Low interest rates are motivating homebuyers even though prices were up >10% year-over-year, effectively cancelling out the increase in purchasing power.
Eliminate Surprises: Consider a Selective Inspection Before You List
If you have an issue with any big ticket items during a home inspection it is fair to assume the buyer will ask for remediation in either the form of repair/replacement or a credit. Learn when a pre-listing inspection is helpful to eliminate potential inspection objections in the middle of your transaction and get you top dollar for your home.
